Spring is in the Air...
What is important about tomorrow?
Tonight I want you to all sit in silence for ten minutes without any distractions (T.V., computer, gameboard, cards, etc)
Record how this felt and what you thought about
Did you think about school related things?
Did you worry about things?
Did you fall asleep or get tired?
Did you watch the clock?
Was it relaxing?
Did it make you feel anxious?
Did you like the activity?
Were you comfortable with the silence?
Were you able to achieve total silence? Why or why not.
Record all answers (no verbals)

New For This Weekend!!!
Find out what Formula One race is being held this weekend (in what country).
Also, during this weekend please record how much time you (ACTUALLY) spend on your homework and assignments. Seperate each assignment and subject when recording this time frame. Finish the self assessment documents that Mrs. C handed out (we've been working on), be ready to go over at the start of class on Monday. Have a wonderful weekend and be safe.
